كما علمت "المساء" ان مسئول وزارة الصحة قام باسناد مهمة ادارة المستشفي لطبيبة تعمل اخصائية معمل وتم تعيينها نائبا للمدير منذ أيام رغم انها حديثة العهد بالادارة في المستشفي.

المديرة الجديدة لحميات العباسية:

تواجه د. ماجدة الطنطاوي مدير مستشفي حميات العباسية نفس المشاكل التي أطاحت بالدكتور عماد الهاشمي المدير السابق وأهمها نقص العمالة والتمريض وعدم صرف حوافز الأطباء.
أكدت د. ماجدة أن المستشفي يعاني الكثير من المشاكل التي ليس للإدارة دخل فيها ومنها نقص العمالة بالمسشتفي حيث إن معظم العاملين به حاليا من العمالة الموسمية بعقد شهري فقط التي يحصل فيها الفرد علي 5 جنيهات في اليوم بالإضافة إلي التمريض الذي يعاني من عجز صارخ وهذا يؤدي إلي معوقات شديدة في مواجهة أزمة انفلونزا الخنازير وتأخير حجز المرضي من الاستقبال وتحويلهم إلي العنابر وعدم تواجد أطقم تمريض كافية وخاصة في النوبتجيات لأن العائد المادي 2 جنيه فقط لكل نوبتجية.
أضافت أن الأطباء بالمستشفي متضررون من عدم صرف الحوافز وكذلك العاملون منذ شهر فبراير الماضي لعدم وجود سيولة مالية بعد أن توقف مصدر التمويل من الصندوق الذي يعتمد علي أرباح الزيارات والعلاج الاقتصادي حيث تم تحويل الاقتصادي إلي مجاني خلال أزمة انفلونزا الخنازير.
أشارت إلي أن المستشفي لا يوجد به سكن يليق بالأطباء وتم عمل مناقصة لسكن الأطباء بمبلغ 150 ألف جنيه وتم إلغاؤها دون معرفة الأسباب.
أشارت إلي أن انفلونزا الخنازير أضافت أعباء مالية كبيرة علي المستشفي لعلاج الحالات المصابة وإجراء التحاليل واستهلاك التجهيزات بالمستشفي.
