what's the best (public) automatical translation software ?
are there improvements expected ? Could texts translated with
commercial translation-software be posted to public ?
Are maybe some translaters regularly translating some news ?
(to advertise their translation software)
flutrackers could be a good platform to advertise those products
in exchange for free usage ?!?

I would love a new program for my Indo news. Toggletext, in my opinion is not very accurate.

I think that as a machine-translator Toggletext does a very good job with grammar and surpasses single word translators. Word-for-word Indonesian dictionary translations can sometimes clarify nuances, but only for short passages.

Yes, I think Toggletext is amazing, I love it. Much better translations after the latest update some time ago. With some dictionaries and a little editing, you can get the meaning of the report or article clear. And it is free.
I must admit if you are new in reading TT translations, it can be hard sometimes to grasp the real meaning. That is why I started to use TT myself, to get the feeling about the situation in Indonesia.
In an ideal situation you rewrite the translation completely, very time consuming. If you are really interested, no problem to read the article several times?
However there are times I hate TT. The program / website seems to be vulnerable, may be when many log in at the same time?
Don't know if you have the same problems, when you have an account at TT you pay for ?
If the basic problem is capacity, the problem is not technical but financial?
