A H1N1 vaccines outdated (Before expiration?)

QUERETARO, Qro. A lot of outdated vaccines against influenza A H1N1 was found in the delegation of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in Queretaro, shortly before they were implemented as part of a campaign to prevent contagion in the state.
The local health secretary, Cesar Garcia Pilgrim, said that these doses were detected last Friday and quarantined.
"They are about 150 doses of vaccine phials with 25 already expired, we have particular interest since this does not happen, we have not had reports that some vaccine expires been implemented," he said.
In addition, the state official said that these bottles inoculation and were removed to prevent them being used.
