Man's Death Linked to H1N1 Virus

The Southern Nevada Health District has confirmed that a 53-year-old Clark County man who died in May died from the H1N1 virus.

He was the 8th Clark County resident to have died from the virus. There is no information on whether the man had underlying medical conditions.
Currently, there is one patient hospitalized with the H1N1. The district is confirming there have been nearly 300 cases in Southern Nevada.
