The influenza virus is spreading rapidly in Greece this winter, with four deaths recorded so far, according to the Greek Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KEELPNO).

KEELPNO experts said six people had been hospitalized with the flu and were still under observation at intensive care units this week.

Health officials noted that the flu epidemic would continue to develop over the next three months and the number of severe cases was expected to rise...
