Three more people have died from swine flu in Switzerland, but the spread of the disease is continuing to slow down, say health authorities.

The three latest casualties of the H1N1 virus include a 59-year-old man and an 81-year-old woman, who were both classed as ?high-risk patients.?

The third victim was a 33-year-old woman, who had not been considered particularly at risk. She died from pneumonia.

There have now been 12 swine flu deaths in Switzerland. Overall, almost 13,000 people have been diagnosed with the virus.
