Detected 208 new species in the Mekong region
Nature Education Center, said the number is 145 208 new species of plants, 28 reptiles, 25 species of fish, seven species of amphibians, two species of mammals and birds.
One of the notable species are brightly colored geckos have feet, neck, yellow, blue-gray striped yellow body was discovered living in Hon Khoai, Ca Mau.
One other lizards just the same as the scientific name Leiolepis ngovantrii existence by cloning have also been found in Vietnam.
