Redness around the base of skin lesions Total 8 patient of Chiken pox are reported and 3 patients are recover. Outbreak of fever with rash reported from Centre Proof Establishment (CPE), Army campus Itarsi. Dr. R.K. Chaudhary M.O. LHV, ANM and Epidemiologist visited the affected area and investigated the outbreak. Doctor examined the patients in the affected area to treat all cases symptomatically. Acyclovir is an anti-viral drug given to all susceptible children. IEC activities undertaken regarding early treatment of cases. Investigation Closed Dinesh Kumar (CPE) Itarsi informed to CM&HO on dated 17-01-2013, he said that in his army campus 8 childrens are affected for Fever & Diarrhoea, after that the Dr. R.K. Chaudhary M.O. LHV, ANM and Epidemiologist visited the affected area and Doctors examined all the patients and given the treatment. Doctors instructed the health workers for the situation and inform regularly through phone.
