Suspected case of Diphtheria Village Siberalga, SC Padmer alga pt-II ,South Salmara Block PHC, 2 2 25/10/2011 2011-10-31 15:29:54 2 Both the children, one was 7 yr old male and other one was 10 yr old female, were suffering from fever with throat pain. The male child was treated and admitted at Dhubri Civil Hospital at ENT ward, doctors of the ward suspected the case as non diphtheria throat ulcer without diphtheric membrane, and patient was discharged after one day treatment and the patient died at home. The female child was treated with home made remedy. Both the children were uninnunized. No sample was collected from the hospital A group of HW visited the entire village and surveyed house-to-house basis, but there was no any laying case.
