Juan Héctor Begnis, (JB) chairs the Social action and Public health Committee in the
Lower House of Congress said:

however in New York we had an estimated 500000 cases and only 50 deaths for a CFR of only 0.01%
Argentinian CFR would be 50 times higher

I wonder where he got that number from. I haven't seen it before.
Earlier reports said influenza only survives 5min on hands, but this was not confirmed
in a more recent study. How effective hand-washing is for influenza is not well studied,
I don't know how he gets the 80%.

2.800 cases were confirmed by laboratories, while the ministry for Health advances
the figure of 100.000 contaminated people, but cured.
