FUKUSHIMA--Two crew members were rescued Tuesday morning from a flooded boat in waters within the no-entry zone around the crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant.

The Japan Coast Guard received a distress call from an about 19-ton yakatabune, or restaurant boat, called the Suzuyoshi at around 5:30 a.m. The boat was about 15 kilometers east of the fukushima plant at the time of the call.

"We were sailing the boat outside the 20-kilometer zone. But it became inundated due to big waves, so we had to head for land," one of the crew reportedly said....
