FORT MYERS, FL.-- At least one person has died of the swine flu in Southwest Florida and a second death is now being investigated.

2014 has already turned in to a deadly flu season.

in Lee County the Florida Department of Health tells WINK News that one man who had the virus died.

"This was a younger person who was a male in his 30's," said Jennifer Roth with the Florida Department of Health in Lee County.

In Collier County, a person in their 20's passed away from the H1N1 strain.
Heath officials in Collier also say 3 people have been hospitalized in need of intensive care...
