BELGRADE -- A total of 187 cases of swine flu have been registered in Serbia as of Wednesday, with three fatal outcomes.

This was confirmed by the head of the Health Ministry's Working Group set up to monitor the pandemic, Dr. Predrag Kon.

The third patient who died was a woman from the town of Ćuprija.

The Torlak Institute of Immunology and Virology in Belgrade today confirmed the presence of the virus in two patients from Kru?evac, one from Sremska Mitrovica and one from Kragujevac.
