16 deaths and 467 cases from influenza in Queretaro

The number of deaths in Queretaro, a result of the influenza A H1N1 virus, reached 16, as well as add 467 confirmed cases of infected people in the State.



The Secretary of health in Queretaro, Mario C?sar Garc?a Feregrino, recalled that in 2011 there were nearly 60 deaths from this disease. In the weekly report that the unit of the sector health issues, there is an increase in relation to the previous two weeks, 103 new patients, and 25 in the last week, going from 339 to 442 and now to 467 cases. Deaths in the past two weeks went from seven to 13 and now 16. However, the head of health in the entity stated that the situation is not alarming and even predicted to increase attention to this type of patient, in the following days.
