13-year-old girl dies of H1N1

A 13 year-old girl died of H1N1 in the Iashvli clinic late last night. The parents treated the girl at home for five days and hospitalized her after they failed to regulate the temperature. The girl died on the third day of hospitalization.
The director of the Iashvili Children`s Clinic, Iva Kachiuri says the girl suffered from grave form of anaemia and C hepatitis, which also complicated her health state,
He says two other patients are in critical state in their clinic; however, their health state is stable.
The 966 cases of H1N1 have been confirmed by laboratory analysis in Georgia. The death of Marian Iobashvili is the eighth lethal case of H1N1.
