I have week 1,1996-week 43,2007 (need to update)
~78000 lines with 8 numbers , 118 cities plus 9? regions
computer-readable in one big file of 1.7MB

I could easily extract one city or region from it for charts
or compare it with weather-data

gsgs, you may want to take a look at the 21 JUL 2009 CDC Director's Report which contains a couple of pages of reporting sites they appear to be planning on using:
