Ahmed Annan - Cairoكشف الدكتور عثمان محمود عثمان وزير التنمية الاقتصادية المصري أن البنك الاسلامى للتنمية وافق في جلسته المنعقدة أول أمس بجدة على تخصيص قرض ميسر لمصر بقيمة 10 ملايين دولار امريكى لمكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور..
Dr. Osman revealed Mahmoud Othman, Minister of Economic Development said that the Islamic Development Bank agreed at its first meeting in Jeddah yesterday to allocate a soft loan to Egypt worth 10 million U.S. dollars to combat bird flu .. وأضاف عثمان أن شروط القرض ميسرة حيث يتم سداده على مدى 20 عاما شاملة خمس سنوات فترة سماح وبرسم خدمة اجمالى لتغطية التكاليف الفعلية لإدارة القرض..
Uthman added that the terms of concessional loan terms will be paid off over 20 years including five years grace period and an interest rate of the total to cover the actual cost of loan management .. وسيغطى القرض تكاليف التجهيزات اللازمة لتجهيز معامل الإنتاج ومراقبة جودة لقاح أنفلونزا الطيور للدواجن ومعدات نقل وتوزيع اللقاح والاتصالات ودورات التدريب ووحدة متابعة المشروع والمراجعة المالية وورشة انطلاق المشروع..
The loan will cover the costs of equipment needed for production and processing labs for quality control of bird flu vaccine for poultry and equipment, transport and distribution of vaccine, communications, training courses and the unity of the follow-up project and financial audit and a workshop starting the project .. مشيرا إلى انه سبق أن تلقت مصر عام 2006 منحة من البنك لنفس الغرض بمبلغ 288 ألف دولار.
