90 people suffer food poisoning in Samburu

NAIROBI, Kenya, Feb 3 ? Ninety people from Samburu County have been admitted to the Suguta and Kisima health centres after suffering from food poisoning, according to the Kenya Red Cross.
The society says the incident occurred in the Lolok Oibor area.
?They were complaining of stomach pains and headache,? Kenya Red Cross County Manager in Samburu, Gitonga Mugambi, told Capital FM News.
He explained that the locals fed on the carcass of a cow.
