COVID-19 cases increase to 4 in Oman

MUSCAT, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- Omani Ministry of Health revealed on Tuesday that the number of COVID-19 cases in Oman has risen to four.
The ministry said in an official statement that there are two new infections discovered on Tuesday. The two are Omani citizens who had traveled to Iran.

Corona virus infection cases increased to 4 cases after two new cases were registered
Muscat, February 25 / Oman / The Ministry of Health announced the registration of two
new cases of coronavirus virus 2019 related to travel to
the Islamic Republic of Iran, bringing the number of cases registered in the Sultanate
(4) four cases Until this statement is issued and all cases are in
stable condition .
The Ministry recommends avoiding traveling to countries where cases
of the 2019 Coronavirus (COVID) virus have been declared except in cases of
extreme necessity.
The Ministry of Health calls upon travelers from countries infected with
Coronavirus 2019 (19 - COVID) to communicate with the
Ministry's call center so that they can be instructed regarding quarantine procedures for a period of
fourteen days and to follow other preventive measures.
It also calls on citizens and residents to cooperate in following quarantine procedures
and preventive guidelines to combat infection and to follow
healthy health habits .
