13 die of influenza in Iran: health minister

TEHRAN - The minister of health revealed on Thursday that 13 people have died of influenza ?H3N2? in the country, a virus that is airborne and has managed to enter the country through passenger traffic from abroad.
Marziyeh Vahid Dastjerdi made the announcement in a seminar of health officials.
The minister said, ?These (13) persons have been suffering from background diseases.?
