BELLUNO - Una bambina di due anni e mezzo di Sedico ? morta ieri all?ospedale di Belluno fulminata da un?infezione che non le ha lasciato scampo. La piccola era stata portata alle 13 al pronto soccorso per una febbre alta ma vi era giunta in condizioni disperate. Trasferita in rianimazione ? spirata poco dopo le 20. I medici hanno fatto il possibile per salvare la bambina che fino al giorno prima sembrava soffrisse di una banale influenza, come le sorelline pi? grandi. Invece la situazione ? precipitata nello spazio di poche ore fino al tragico epilogo.

BELLUNO 20 marzo 2013 ? stata un?encefalite virale a stroncare la giovane vita di Martina, la piccola di due anni e mezzo morta luned? sera nel reparto della rianimazione dell?ospedale di Belluno. Un gravissimo edema cerebrale ha compresso i centri vitali e il cuore della bambina non ha retto. La diagnosi ? stata confermata anche se sono in corso accertamenti per individuare il tipo di virus, di cui si sa che appartiene alla grande famiglia degli herpes.

Mi chiedo come hanno fatto a individuare così rapidamente l' herpes, che di solito richiede esami specifici del liquor.
La V malattia è causata dal parvovirus B19, mentre la VI malattia dipende dall' herpes virus 6 che può essere implicato in encefaliti fulminanti:

Da notare che l' H6 e l' H7 possono essere associati all' influenza:

Il fatto che anche i fratelli della bambina erano ammalati con una forma febbrile simile potrebbe far sospettare questa ipotesi,mi chiedo se è stata fatta la ricerca mediante tampone del virus influenzale.
