    An outbreak of Legionnaire's disease left an elderly woman dead and six others hospitalized in a Manhattan neighborhood over the last 11 days, health officials announced Friday.

    Four of the Lenox Hill victims were recovering in hospitals, while two others were treated and released, according to a release from NYC Health. The seventh person, identified only as in their 90s and suffering "significant underlying health conditions," died from the disease...

    New York City health officials say water vapor spread through the air from a building?s cooling tower likely caused the deadly Legionnaires outbreak in the Lenox Hill area on the east side of Manhattan.

    At least one person has died and at least six others have been infected by the outbreak, which took place in the past two weeks...
