Saskatchewan: Father of 6 dies after contracting H1N1
Following what could be yet another H1N1-related death in Saskatchewan, now one family is hoping others will learn the importance of getting a flu shot after their tragedy.
Saskatoon?s Grant Closson told News Talk Radio Friday about his 35-year-old Regina cousin who had fallen ill on Dec. 29.
?They found him to have pneumonia, common flu and confirmed H1N1 as well,? Closson said.
His cousin was admitted to the ICU ward at the Pasqua Hospital.
