Can someone, please, explain to me why this latest outbreak -- and all the others during 2006-2007 -- have not reported to the OIE? I thought all outbreaks were reportable. ??

Re: Question re. reporting of bf outbreaks to the OIE
This is especially disconcerting considering the WHO statement in August telling us the virus in some places in Africa had changed to one needing a cooler temp. Not happy about this.
