I am not sure what previous contacts this report is referring to since these cases are located in 2 different cities.

Possibly the 26 year old is a contact of case #106 in Batin (or #107,#108).

The 19 year old might be a contact of case #102 in Riyadh?

It is not clear at this joint whether these cases met case-definition or even their laboratory results were indepedently validated by another institution in order to avoid possible false positive or cross-reactivity with another coronavirus strain, as seen in the Italian Cluster incident.
