    RAIPUR
    Swineflu(Influenza A (H1N1)) Behind Ram Mandir,Heerapur,Dharsiwa,Raipur 1 case 1 fatality 19/09/2012 2012-10-03 15:44:22 3000 Ranjeet Singh 48M admitted in Ramkrishna Care Unit II Hospital Raipur on 12.09.12 and died on 290912. Lab Test by Ram Krishna Care ,Raipur that Influenza A (H1N1) positive. Survey in all affected area , house to house visit done by Epidemic Combact Team.And create awareness in community to prevent dengue in that area.Medicine was given to the hospital staff and his family member. Investigation Open Health team working in the affected area.

    Swineflu(Influenza A (H1N1)) DDU Nagar,Raipur 3 cases 1 fatality 22/09/2012 2012-10-03 15:52:27 7000 Vinod Tiwari 58M admitted in Ramkrishna Care Hospital Raipur on 22.09.12 and died on 240912.And sample test of their relative Deepak Dubey and Pradeep Dubey was also positive, test done by Pt. JNM Medical College,Raipur. Lab Test by Ram Krishna Care ,Raipur of Vinod Tiwari that Influenza A (H1N1) positive and lab test by Pt.JNM Medical College,Raipur of Deepak Dubey and Pradeep Dubey was also Influenza A (H1N1) positive. Survey in all affected area , house to house visit done by Epidemic Combact Team.And create awareness in community to prevent dengue in that area.Medicine was given to the family member. Investigation Open Health team working in the affected area.Affected area was visit done by Abhishek Singh(DM) and Nijam Baksh(DEO)

      Two Chhattisgarh doctors test positive for Swine flu

      Raipur, Oct 7 (PTI) Two senior specialists at Bheemrao Ambedkar Hospital are tested positive for swine flu, authorities said today.

      "The doctors include associate professor at ENT department and his counterpart at the department of Skin Diseases," Ambedkar Hospital Manager Dr Sunil Gupta told PTI/Bhasha.

        Second swine flue death in Bilaspur confirmed

        Bilaspur, Oct 10 (PTI) Authorities today confirmed that swine flu infection was the cause of the death of a woman at Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences here on October 1.

        CIMS authorities said P Jaiswal, a resident of Tifra region, had been admitted in critical condition, and died on the same day.

          Raipur, Oct 11 (IANS) The Chhattisgarh government Thursday sounded a high alert after swine flu claimed five lives in the state within less than a fortnight, a health department official here said.
          "In less than 15 days, five deaths in the state have been confirmed to swine flu. Dozens of people, including two government doctors in Raipur, are suffering from the disease," a directorate of health services official said.

            Health dept issues a swine flu alert in state

            Principal secretary of health Ajay Singh has directed all health officials to take precautionary measures. The move follows the detection of some positive swine flu cases in Delhi and Gujarat. Last year, 10 cases were found positive for swine flu in Chhattisgarh and three deaths were reported.

            As swine flu scare returns to North India, the health department Chhattisgarh has issued a detailed directive to all chief medical and health officers
