One of the three confirmed cases reported by the WHO in the February 28 statement (http://www.who.int/csr/don/2011_02_28/en/index.html ) was from Dakahlia.

This is most likely a new case. Case #123 from Dakahlia Governorate was symptomatic on January 18, was treated, recovered, and released on February 7.

FAO reports an observation date of February 24, 2011, almost two weeks after the release of case #123.
