Photo: ArchivoCiudad of Mexico .- The month of October became the deadliest period in the history of the epidemic in Mexico, by concentrating 191 deaths-32 percent-a cause of human influenza A/H1N1 virus, the 600 reported until early November by the Ministry of Health.
The October death rate exceeds even almost 50 percent to what is recorded together during the months from April to June, considered the most critical periods of the first outbreak of the pandemic.
During the tenth month of the year there were dates on which there were mass deaths, for example, on October 7 there were 15 deaths, a day after 12 and the same amount on October 5. In the remaining days were recorded from 3 to 8 deaths in 24 hours.
According to the report of deaths from the Ministry of Health and a copy of which has Milenio Diario, 61 of the deaths took place in April and 72 May, 6 June, 79 July, 35 August, 141 September, 191 October 15 as from November.
The mortality and spread to 32 states, Colima since joined the standings with one event on October 3 with a man 46 years of Guanajuato, who lived in free union.
The first fatality from the virus H1N1 was registered on April 10 in the Federal District in a 24 and single, and, most recently, took place on 9 November in an 11-year-old native of Guanajuato.
The entities that offer the greatest number of deaths from the virus H1N1 are Mexico City with 106; Mexico State 83; Chiapas with 38 Baja California 37 (the entity recording the lowest rate of deaths), Puebla 36; 30 Guanajuato, Oaxaca 29; Jalisco 26, Hidalgo 21, Nuevo Le?n 19, San Luis Potosi and Veracruz 17 each.
Just as, Zacatecas, Guerrero and Sonora 13 each, Tlaxcala, and Yucatan 12 each; Aguascalientes, Sinaloa, Tamaulipas and Quer?taro 11 each, Michoacan and Durango 6 each, Coahuila and Baja California Sur 4 each, Tabasco, Chihuahua and Morelos 3 each, Campeche, Quintana Roo, Colima 1.
The SSA also reported that of 600 deaths, 290 corresponded to married people, 212 for single, 52 union free, 18 were widowed, 9 divorced, 19 did not specify.
On this occasion, the influenza virus became more males affected with 306 cases, that women, who accounted for 294 deaths.
In the list are 103 children and adolescents, aged between 52 days old to 15 years of age.
