Klebsiella pneumoniae is a leading cause of hospital acquired pneumonia:

That'll teach me not to post before I'm fully awake. This wasn't an attempt at a proper name of a scientific term. "Albomenaa" isn't a noun, it's an adjective. And we've seen that adjective once before in this thread near the beginning, where the pneumonia was described as "Balbomunya", which is from the same Arabic root.

So what does it mean? My guess is something like "resistant" or "difficult to treat", as the word is used to modify both the noun pneumonia and Klebsiella. I think "Albomenaa" Klebsiella may be Arabic for something like KPC, and Google Translator just missed it.

Also, we have a report here from Libya in June 2009 of at least one case (and possibly an entire outbreak, IMO) of Klebsiella infection in a healthy individual that was mistaken for pneumonic plague:
