Confirmed Case of Mumps at Anthem School

On Friday, August 20, parents and guardians of students were notified through the school?s automated calling system about the case, which appears to be isolated. A confirmed case of mumps has kept an Anthem School student home since school resumed on Monday, Aug. 16.

The call came from School Principal Patrick Yennie after he was notified by the Maricopa County Department of Public Health.
