386807 suspected (229022 in Central/South America, 0 in North America and 157785 in the Caribbean) and 71912 confirmed cases (66330 autochthonous transmission and 5582 travel related/imported cases) with 18947 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 39790 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 12917 confirmed cases in North America; at least 2430 cases of microcephaly and 520 cases of GBS as well as 19 ZIKV associated deaths of 22 December per PAHO and national MOH (if available)
