[FONT=&quot]427902 suspected (254338 in Central/South America, 1 in North America and 173563 in the Caribbean) and 93801 confirmed cases (87325 autochthonous transmission and 6476 travel related/imported cases) with 27619 confirmed cases in Central/South America, 48034 confirmed cases in the Caribbean and 18118 confirmed cases in North America; at least 3799 cases of microcephaly/ ZIKV associated cognitive infection and 117 cases of GBS as well as 21 ZIKV associated deaths of EW 03/ 2018 per PAHO and national MOH (if available)[/FONT]
