2422 notified YFV cases with 671 suspected, 623 confirmed, and 1128 discarded cases; 326 notified YFV associated fatalities with 64 suspected, 209 confirmed, and 64 discarded fatalities due to YFV infection reported nationwide as of 12 April by Brazilian MOH. Most cases are reported from the Southeastern region which includes the states of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Espirito Santo, and Minas Gerais, with the epicentre in Minas Gerais.
