The Milwaukee Health Department is looking for the environmental source ? or sources ? of a Legionnaire's disease outbreak infecting at least 14 adults who already had underlying health conditions.

Milwaukee County has confirmed 20 cases, including 14 cases in Milwaukee, since June 1. The most recent case in Milwaukee was reported Monday...

Milwaukee -- Nearly 30 confirmed cases of Legionnaire's disease in Milwaukee County since June 1st. That's more than all of 2012 - and we're not even in the active time period.

...Wisconsin averages around 75 cases a year. 2013 has already surpassed that, and even the last outbreak of 2010. 88 statewide cases were reported as of August 22, 2013; compared to just 65 in 2010.

Milwaukee County has seen 52 cases so far this year. There were only 24 cases three years ago. With the 2010 outbreak, the state couldn?t pinpoint a case but they think one thing was to blame.
