Attached to the above report is a list of cases with onset dates of February 28 - April 4, 2017. I think we probably have all of these cases already listed. I will be reviewing Sunday.
As to the total of 1393 cases reported to WHO as of 3 days ago, we have noted more cases since then. Our total case count at this writing is 1421. Sunday I will be adding the WHO notation to our list for the cases indicated in this report.
