West Nile Virus (WNV) in the USA: Human & equine cases as of 08 Nov per CDC/USDA

1127 neuroinvasive/593 non-neuroinvasive (total: 1765) human WNV infections with 106 WNV associated fatalities reported by the CDC and state PHD as of 08 November, representing an increase of 61 and 9 compared to last week respectively. The majority of cases are reported from California.
USDA reported 266 equine cases as of 08 Nov, an increase of 6 cases compared to last week.
