GREELEY, Colo. (AP)- Weld County is reporting the first death of the Colorado flu season, a young adult who died of the H1N1 strain.
That strain is the same strain as the 2009 flu pandemic.
The county health department reported Wednesday that dozens of people have been hospitalized because of the flu across Colorado, including three cases in Weld County. The department urged residents to get their annual flu vaccinations.
