I have been contacting some of the County Health Departments and have the following totals regarding fatalities:
County - Adult Deaths - Pediatric Deaths - Total
Los Angeles - 8 - 2 - 10
Orange - 6 - 1 - 7
Riverside - 1 - 0 - 1
San Diego - 8 - 1 - 9
San Joaquin - 1 - 0 - 1
Ventura - 1 - 1 - 2
Yuba - 1 - 0 - 1
Totals - 26 - 5 - 31
Some of these fatalities have been reported, but others (Orange, Riverside, San Diego) are unofficial numbers given over the phone and could change.
