DOCTORS who were "too late" diagnosing that an elderly woman had tuberculosis were not guilty of any neglect in relation to her care, a coroner has ruled.

Delays in treating Iris Smith, from Highwood Park, Broadfield, lowered her chances of survival and she died at East Surrey Hospital on September 2 last year.
