Two deaths from influenza in Tamaulipas - Mexico

Benito L?pezThe Secretary of Health, Lidia Madero, reported yesterday the death of two patients by influenza in Tamaulipas and a total of 14 cases, but ruled out that the entity faces a contingency for the deaths as lives Nuevo Le?n.

Madero revealed that the deaths were recorded in Tampico and Reynosa, with one case in each municipality. "It is not at the level of Nuevo Le?n, Tamaulipas has some cases of influenza, however, 14 cases we have in total," he said. Cases of influenza that are being monitored said that 50 percent are in Ciudad Victoria, 25 percent in Reynosa, the rest in Reynosa and other municipalities.
