Stench released by pesticide fire

Buenos Aires City residents were alarmed yesterday by a toxic cloud which settled over this capital after a container holding pesticides caught fire at the port, despite authorities saying there was little risk from inhaling the nauseating smell and that the situation was ?under control.?..
