Forty a man is dead swine flu in Kotka. The patient died
Kymenlaakso Central Hospital intensive care unit on Friday.

The patient was suffering from swine flu, but was otherwise healthy. He did not have
swine flu vaccine. The patient died quickly, so there is reason to suspect
that the background is more than a swine influenza, hospital says
Carean Medical Director Ermo Haavisto.

- Swine influenza may be the underlying cause of death, or is at least
contributed. The final cause of death sharpens the autopsy says
Haavisto.

Intensive care unit currently has one other swine flu suffering
patient.
