Doctors in Texas with the Texas Medical Association are urging families to act now in protecting themselves against the seasonal and H1N1 flu.
The physicians are advising to get flu shots as soon as possible for what's expected to be a worse than normal flu season this year. They're also reminding people of the importance of hand washing.
The H1N1 vaccine will begin to be available in October.
