A new suspected case was announced by the cantonal authorities today Wednesday. According to the police, "the state of health of the person does not worry."
According to the usual procedure, the case is under review through the test developed by the University of Geneva. The test results should be known by Thursday.
The suspect is cared for by the special set up at the Cantonal Hospital, which aims to avoid contamination of other patients and staff.
Two suspected cases of influenza A/H1N1 were still under investigation Monday in Switzerland.
They cover the districts of Bern and Graub?nden , said the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG).
