Swine flu scare for NSW Cabinet
All New South Wales Government ministers have now been caught up in the swine flu scare, with the Tourism Minister Jodie McKay attending a Cabinet meeting after travelling on a plane with infected passengers.
Ms McKay recently returned to Sydney from the United States. On board her flight were four passengers who tested positive to the H1N1 virus.
The director-general of the Premier's Department has now issued a memo saying Ms McKay, her chief of staff and the state's chief scientist have decided to withdraw from public engagements until further notice as a precaution.
Ms Mckay's office says she is unavailable for interview but she has no flu-like symptoms.
