Swine-Flu Antiviral Purchases Stepped Up by U.S. Government

April 30 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. government will spend $251
million to buy 13 million courses of antiviral treatments,
Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said today
in a statement.
The government is buying 11 million courses to replenish
drugs already sent to states, and 2 million to replace drugs
sent to Mexico or use for other needs.
