New Delhi: Citizens of the national Capital have a reason to be worried. As per a recent survey conducted by New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC), the water being supplied to the homes of Delhi is NOT fit for drinking. The water samples were found to carry the germs causing cholera, typhoid and jaundice.

Out of the 258 samples survey, 129 failed the test. The survey was conducted in the areas of ? City, Civil Lines, Karol Bagh, Rohini, Sadar paharganj and Narela.

The condition of drinking water was worst in the zones of Sadar Paharganj, Civil Lines and Narela with 100% samples from Narela failing test.
