In a press conference, the Secretary of Public Health, Joan Guix, explained that, although Catalonia has registered many cases of dengue, they had always been infected patients [/FONT][FONT="] during a trip to an endemic tropical zone and this is the first case of contagion after sting of a tiger mosquito in Catalonia.[/FONT]
