Una mujer de 34 a?os, quinta v?ctima mortal en M?laga

La gripe A se ha cobrado la quinta v?ctima mortal en la provincia de M?laga, confirmaron anoche a este peri?dico fuentes de la Delegaci?n Provincial de Salud. El mi?rcoles muri? en el Hospital de la Costa del Sol de Marbella una mujer espa?ola de 34 a?os. El virus H1N1 agrav? las dos patolog?as de base que sufr?a la paciente. Una de esas enfermedades la provocaban problemas respiratorios. La paciente, en un principio, recibi? asistencia sanitaria en una cl?nica privada Marbella. Al agravarse su estado fue trasladada al Hospital de la Costa del Sol, donde falleci? al no poder superar las complicaciones provocadas por la gripe A.
Las v?ctimas mortales anteriores fueron tambi?n mujeres. El primer fallecimiento fue el de una paciente de 77 a?os que padec?a el virus H1N1, si bien tambi?n sufr?a diabetes, hipertensi?n, graves problemas renales y una dolencia pulmonar obstructiva cr?nica.
La segunda muerte fue la de una enferma de 33 a?os que falleci? de una neumon?a agravada por la gripe A tras permanecer ingresada en la UCI de Carlos Haya varias semanas. El tercer caso registrado seg? la vida de una joven de 27 a?os que no ten?a ninguna patolog?a previa. La gripe A le provoc? una serie de complicaciones y, tras permanecer intubada y sedada catorce d?as en la UCI del Hospital Civil, muri?. La familia de la v?ctima denunci? que habr?a podido haber una negligencia m?dica.
El cuarto ?bito causado por el virus H1N1 fue el de una mujer de 46 a?os que tampoco sufr?a patolog?as previas. El fallecimiento se produjo en el Hospital Cl?nico Universitario, en cuya UCI estuvo ingresada la enferma. La neumon?a que ten?a se agrav? sin que los medicamentos recibidos lograsen frenar la infecci?n.
Fuentes de la Delegaci?n de Salud indicaron que el 98% de los casos de gripe A son leves y se curan en pocos d?as sin ning?n tipo de problemas. A?adieron que la mortalidad es del 0,01%
