Un hombre de 47 a?os que resid?a en el ?rea sanitaria V, con cabecera en Gij?n, ha fallecido en el Hospital de Cabue?es a consecuencia de complicaciones derivadas de la gripe An (H1N1), lo que lo convierte en la segunda v?ctima de esta pandemia en Asturias, seg?n ha informado la Consejer?a de Salud.
El fallecido,que presentaba factores de riesgo de complicaci?n para la gripe, ingres? en el centro sanitario el 3 de noviembre, remitido por su m?dico de cabecera por el agravamiento respiratorio de un cuadro gripal, y muri? el s?bado en la UCI del hospital.
Los informes microbiol?gicos realizados han confirmado que el paciente sufr?a gripe An (H1N1) complicada con una neumon?a bacteriana.
Se trata del segundo fallecimiento relacionado con la gripe A en Asturias desde que se diagnosticara el primer caso de la infecci?n en el Principado el pasado 1 de julio de 2009.
A partir de ahora, y siguiendo las pautas establecidas por el Consejo Interterritorial del Sistema Nacional de Salud, la Consejer?a de Salud incluir? los datos num?ricos de fallecidos ?nicamente en los comunicados semanales de evoluci?n de la enfermedad.
La primera muerte por gripe A en Asturias se produjo el pasado 18 de octubre y se trataba de un hombre de 32 a?os que falleci? por un shock cardiog?nico secundario a una miocarditis viral y que padec?a obesidad y S?ndrome de Apnea Obstructiva del Sue?o como ?nica patolog?a previa.
Seg?n los ?ltimos datos facilitados por la Consejer?a de Salud, la incidencia de gripe entre el 25 y el 31 de octubre se situ? en 308 casos por 100.000 habitantes, una tasa que supone un incremento del 25 por ciento con respecto a la semana precedente.
Con base en estos datos, en Asturias se podr?an haber producido en dicho periodo alrededor de 3.300 casos con sospecha cl?nica de gripe y el 100 por cien de los virus aislados esa semana en el laboratorio se correspond?an al nuevo virus de la gripe AH1N1. EFE

A man, 47 years old, who lived in the health district V, with head in Gijon, has died in Cabue?es Hospital due to complications from the flu An (H1N1), making it the second victim of this pandemic in Asturias, as reported by the Ministry of Health.
The deceased, who had risk factors for influenza complications, he joined the health center on November 3, sent by their family doctor for the aggravation of respiratory influenza, and died on Saturday in the hospital ICU.
Microbiological reports conducted have confirmed that the patient suffered An influenza (H1N1) complicated with bacterial pneumonia.
